I’ve collaborated with healthcare innovators, Fortune 500 brands, national organizations, and major sports leagues including the NFL and an NBA team to create impactful, user-centered digital products. ClarisHealth
Senior Product Designer • 2023 – Present
ClarisHealth is a healthcare technology company specializing in payment integrity and cost containment solutions for health plans. Their platform helps organizations identify, manage, and recover improper claims payments through advanced analytics and end-to-end audit workflows.
- Contributed to the end-to-end design of a confidential product under NDA, focusing on user research, workflow optimization, and high-fidelity prototyping.
Integral
Lead Product Designer (Contract) • 2023
Integral is a data privacy company focused on helping organizations unlock insights from sensitive healthcare data while maintaining compliance through AI-powered privacy and security solutions.
- Contributed to the core design team during a foundational phase of growth, helping shape a first-of-its-kind AI-powered platform focused on healthcare data privacy and transformation.
Designed AI-powered interfaces and seamless workflows that enable users to configure continuous data flows and extract insights from both structured and unstructured medical data.
Developed interactive dashboards that surface data health metrics and embedded privacy risks, empowering users to create customized, privacy-compliant datasets with confidence.
Helped to shape the product’s foundational UX direction by establishing clarity, consistency, and usability standards during the platform’s first major design phase.


Embold Health
Lead Product Designer • 2022–2023
A healthcare technology company using data and analytics to improve care quality for employees of enterprise clients like Microsoft and Walmart. Lead multiple product design initiatives. One of those included the Embold mobile app, which empowered employees to find high-quality doctors through data-driven provider recommendations delivered in a user-friendly, accessible interface.
- Partnered with Microsoft to design an AI-powered Provider Selector integrated with the Microsoft Healthcare Agent Service, enhancing provider search accuracy and improving the overall user experience in care selection.
- Partnered with cross-functional teams to directly impact healthcare solutions and streamline user access to care through innovative design approaches and mobile app design initiatives.
- Led qualitative user interviews and analyzed quantitative behavior data through Pendo to identify pain points, validate assumptions, and inform design decisions that enhanced usability and overall user satisfaction.
- Championed WCAG AA accessibility standards while leading design critiques, mentoring designers, and elevating collaboration and design quality across teams.
XO Armor

XO Armor is a performance gear company specializing in high-impact protective equipment for athletes. Their products combine advanced materials and engineering to deliver superior durability and comfort. As part of their innovation, XO Armor uses a mobile app that allows athletes to scan specific body parts, enabling the creation of custom-fitted gear tailored for maximum protection and performance.

Senior Product Designer • 2016–2022
Trilliant Health is a healthcare analytics company that provides predictive market intelligence to health systems, payers, and life sciences organizations to support strategic growth decisions.
- Directed the end-to-end design of a Healthcare Provider Directory and a Clinical Analytics Platform, delivering intuitive, data-rich interfaces that improved accuracy, user satisfaction, and onboarding speed.
- Designed a SaaS analytics platform and client usage reports tailored to multiple user personas, enabling deeper exploration of healthcare trends and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Created the company’s first product design system and played a key role in scaling Trilliant Health from a $3M to $100M valuation through design leadership, innovation, and high-impact collaboration.

Lead UX Designer • 2015–2016
A cloud-based data management and analytics platform for sports, entertainment, and education organizations.

- Designed and delivered a scouting application for the NBA’s Sacramento Kings, later white-labeled and adopted by other teams to analyze and manage team and player performance data.
- Researched and developed a centralized NFL sponsorship submission platform, enabling 33 teams to upload, validate, and submit data to the league—streamlining operations and reducing manual errors.
- Redesigned and developed the corporate marketing website and overhauled client portal landing pages to improve usability, modernize the brand experience, and support new business growth.

Senior UX Designer and Developer • 2013–2015
SPH Analytics was a healthcare analytics company specializing in patient experience measurement, population health insights, and value-based care solutions.
- Played a pivotal role in the early technology team that launched SPH Analytics’ first products—designing and prototyping the original data analytics platform that helped secure private equity funding and scale the company from 8 to 500+ employees, culminating in a $400M acquisition.
- Co-designed and delivered core healthcare analytics applications including Perform, Provider Solutions, Net Promoter® Score, and IndiGO®, supporting survey insights, predictive modeling, and personalized care simulations.
- Led UI development from early sketches to responsive, production-ready designs—prioritizing performance, accessibility, and real-time data visualization across mobile and desktop experiences.


LifeWay

Lifeway Christian Resources is one of the world’s largest providers of Christian books, curriculum, music, and church resources, serving churches and individuals globally.

Press Ganey is a leading healthcare analytics and performance improvement company focused on measuring and improving patient experience, safety, and clinical quality for healthcare organizations.
- Contributed to the end-to-end design of a confidential product under NDA, focusing on user research, workflow optimization, and high-fidelity prototyping.
Data Advantage
Designer and UI Developer • 2009-2011
Data Advantage healthcare analytics company specializing in hospital performance benchmarking and value-based care insights, later acquired by Press Ganey.
- Contributed to the design and development of the Hospital Value Index™, a first-of-its-kind tool that evaluated and visualized hospital performance using public CMS data.
- Co-Designed and built an interactive map that visualized value-based performance scores for over 4,500 U.S. hospitals, enabling users to compare care quality, efficiency, and satisfaction at a glance.
- It is a data-driven interfaces allowing users to deep-dive into individual hospital metrics and compare up to five hospitals across key indicators including readmission rates and mortality.
- Helped shape the user experience of a core measure product that became a strategic asset in Press Ganey’s acquisition of the company.


Cracker Barrel
Designer and Application Developer • 2001-2009
A nationwide restaurant and retail brand, where technology was leveraged to improve operational efficiency across logistics and warehouse systems.
- Led the research, design, and development of internal applications to improve warehouse capacity tracking and operational efficiency.
- Researched warehouse operations and analyzed capacity data to uncover limitations and opportunities for optimization.
- Designed a custom weighing and measurement system and built companion mobile and desktop applications to support real-time tracking and decision-making.
- Verified increased warehouse capacity post-implementation, resulting in measurable efficiency gains and improved throughput across operations.
