I’m a Product Design Leader based in Nashville, TN with over two decades of experience designing digital products that simplify complexity, deliver measurable value, and genuinely improve the way people interact with technology. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead and shape more than 50 large-scale projects, from early-stage prototypes to enterprise applications, generating over $900 million in business impact and reaching more than 4 million users.

My approach blends design thinking with strategy, always rooted in solving real-world problems. Whether it’s designing an internal analytics platform for a healthcare organization, a scouting application used live during the NBA Draft, or a nationwide sponsorship submission system for the NFL and NHL, I focus on building digital tools that are both intuitive and deeply functional. I stay aware of trends, but focus on timeless design, building with intention, clarity, and long-term value in mind.

While my work spans multiple industries, from healthcare and finance to sports and SaaS, the common thread is creating tools that work for people. Tools that reduce friction, increase clarity, and support decisions. I thrive in that balance between user needs and business goals, where a clean interface meets a smart system behind the scenes.

I’ve spoken at multiple industry events where I’ve shared insights on building design systems, leading with accessibility in mind, and scaling UX in complex environments. These moments of sharing, whether on stage or one-on-one, are some of the most rewarding parts of my career, where ideas evolve, get challenged, and sharpen.

Collaboration is at the core of everything I do. I enjoy working with engineers, product teams, researchers, and stakeholders who are equally committed to building something meaningful. While I’ve taken on roles that span from UX research to front-end development, the heart of my contribution is always in the design, shaping experiences that feel seamless and considered.

I work fluently with tools like Figma, Maze, UserTesting, Pendo, and analytics platforms like FullStory, Tableau, and Superset. I’m always exploring how emerging technologies like AI can be thoughtfully incorporated into products, not just for novelty, but to enhance relevance, context, and response.
